On Wednesday, August 15th the Milford United Methodist Church is sponsoring the 1st Annual Youth Day of Service. This is being modeled after the former Youth Day of Caring which was sponsored by the United Way of Greater Nashua. Youth volunteers from area churches will be spending the day volunteering at local agencies or helping needy people in their communities. A committee of youth and adults from area churches has been meeting to help plan what is hoped will be an annual event.
